::The pastor who runs this place is a total jerk. I was there handing out free fliers for a refugee literacy program and he said he was going to call the cops on me because I didn’t have an appointment. I have no idea what this power-tripping “Christian” thinks he’s serving, but whatever it is isn’t worth more than a passing iota of your time. If the pastor, named Brian Henderson, is the best example of what a man of their god has to offer, than their holy book is nothing more than a doorstop, and their crock of . . . Well, you get the stuff idea. Then Mr. Conduit of God decided to call my work to try and get me in trouble. Notice how I said try. Because it becomes pretty evident when someone is just full of it, making no sense while throwing some white cis het privilege temper tantrum that they got called out on their bologna. Mr. Henderson should join ICE so he can just outright plunder minority groups instead of being a passive aggressive Judas ready to take silver from the world at the expense of minorities.

::Nice church went to a choir concert there

::Your better off watching CNN then going to this church. They don't speak much word. Just their worldly options.

::Thank you, First Baptist Church, and Sean for hosting our Shabbat service prior to the Women’s March. We had hoped for 40, planned for 60, and had over 200 in attendance. You were generous with your space, equipment, time, assistance and flexibility. I learned from Sean that you house several charitable organizations. I applaud your work. You could not have been easier or more gracious to work with. Again, thank you. Rabbi Becker

::This is a church I am glad to call home. I found it a few months after I moved here, and have attended ever since. It's the most diverse congregation I've ever seen from CEO's to homeless, black to white, democrat to republican, single to families, young and old, straight and gay, etc. This congregation has a passion for serving its local community, and isn't a "Chick-fil-A" type of Baptist church. Definitely worth checking out an outside event like Thirsty Theology at a local bar or coffee house if stepping inside of a church's doors is too intimidating.
