  -5 stars if possible. Worst bank/loan I've ever dealt with. Any time I've had a question I call for days/weeks and leave several voicemails. No one there knows how to return a call considering I call over and over choosing different prompts and leave message after message. I just have to keep calling and calling and calling. Sold truck mostly because I HATE DEALING WITH THIS BANK.!!! When looking at a new truck they suggested this bank and I told the lot absolutely not. I'll walk away from the deal I refuse to deal with this bank. Do not recommend.

  Don’t ever get a car loan from them. I don’t see how this company hasn’t been sued into oblivion for all their shady business practices. I’m having my lawyer contact them next week. If you get a loan with them you will regret it.

  when i switched insurance and because they did not get notification right away they put on some ridiculous insurance for $6000 for 3 months and when i gave them verification that i had insurance they still charge me 1500 for being late. never seen anything like this they are the worst. and there is no one you can talk to for help....

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN They require you pay them thru a 3rd party portal but you can NEVER access the details of your loan (acct# / Bal Owed, etc) and three weeks of trying to reach them has been fruitless. Never answer phones, do not respond to phone messages or email. I'm locked out of their system (but not the PAY system) I have no idea what I still owe, or even if it's already paid off. I have never been treated this bad by ANY financial institution. If you have any other choice take it.
