::I dropped my belongings off on Friday 5/11 it was two pair of pants and two shirts and I requested 1 hour service not 8 hours and signed up for text message so they could notify me when my clothes was ready well its was 10 minutes to 5pm and still no text or even a phone call,Then when I arrived they lost one of my shirts and thought it was a skirt and my clothes wasn't cleaned I'm disappointed in the service I received and I didn't want starch which they didn't listen to that either.I will not be using this cleaners ever again they're very unprofessional if anything you should gave me my clothes free of charge if not half priced!!!!!!!!!!

::I have been using One Hour Fireweed Dry Cleaning for well over a decade on a monthly basis. I am amazed to see any negative reviews on their site as I have never had anything but excellent service from them. In addition to doing a great job cleaning and pressing, they take on small repairs such as buttons and seam repair as normal business with a small notice to let you know it was performed. The icing on the cake was receiving a call from them today to inform me that they had found $200.00 in one of my pockets and they wanted to make sure I didn't accidentally throw it away when I pick up my cleaning! They will continue to have my loyal business, and I recommend anyone else to try them. I am certain you will be pleased with the friendly and professional service.

::Staff is very nice. Quick turnaround if needed. Cost is average. I've only ever had a couple issues but they owned up to them solved them quickly.
