::Definitely had a great experience here, took my car in for an alignment, I had once before at Firestone of Gardena, and they were horrible, too many issues to list, but this one was amazing!! I made my appointment, I got there and they immediately started working on my car, really nice waiting area, my alignment was fine quick and they honored my warranty unlike the other firestone, I love this place I'll definitely being back here next time.

::Do NOT go here. I made an appointment for an oil change at 10am. They didnt move my car to start working on it until 1045. Around 1130 they told me I was almost done, but had some issues with my tires. Not the first time I've heard this so I ask how long it will take to replace, I'm told 20 minutes. An HOUR later they still aren't done. I spent 3 hours here when all I came in for was oil change. No one saod anything about how long I had to wait. They do not respect your time.
