::I have been a Firestone customer for YEARS and this is THEE worse location ever! I have lived in several states and ALWAYS find a Firestone to get my car serviced. The manager at this location is RUDE and disrespectful. I had an issue with the pricing of my oil change and she was upset about it. I asked for the customer service number to report my issue and she was reluctant to give it to me. She also balled up my work order in which I signed and threw in trash. When I asked for it she looked in the area of the trash as if she was signaling me to get it. She then went into the trash to get it and proceeded to straighten out to give to me. I left my car for service and went home to call the customer service to complain. When I came to pick up my car, the manager whose name I think was Crystal, asked if someone named Nick called me. I said who? She said that is her manager and she was not happy with me reporting her. She started an argument with me because she said the complaint I put in came directly to her and I was lying on her. WOW! All this in front of other customers, needless to say I told her I don't have time to argue with her, to give me my keys so I can get my car. THEE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. This incident has caused me to look for another company to service my car. I cant believe Firestone has someone managing a store with an attitude and poor customer service. I hope something is done so no one else has to be humiliated and embarrassed. The only reason I gave this location 1 star was because I needed to in order to post this. But if I didn't have to give it 1 star I DEFINITELY would not have!

::Although I’ve come to this location twice because of its convenient location, I guarantee I will not be back. The staff were nice (this time), and it’s evident they’re understaffed but my first experience was an oil change I dropped off Saturday morning, never received a call that it was done, and picked up Sunday morning. As I write this I’m waiting here in the lobby for new tires, that were already delivered here, to be installed. I dropped the car off at noon...it’s currently 6:00PM. Over 12 combined hours of service for an oil change and tire replacement is just too ridiculous. I wish there was a justifiable refund for wasting my Sunday.
