  They charge for parts like spark plugs above any reasonable retail price, to the tune of $35 each!

  Well i made a reservation for 7:00am still had to wait an hour. Got my truck in the bay the mechanic said i need a distributer so i said are you sure and he told me GM had a recall on them a few years ago, so i said ok go ahead and replace it.He came back about 4hrs later and said i would have to bring it back tomorrow because that was not the problem the problem was the fuel pump another 600.00 and something dollars like you think i am stupid they just wanted to piece and part it out until they found the problem when ASE certified mechanics should have the correct tools to do the job and knowledge ! How ever i took my car back to them the next morning dropped it off and got a cab back home. Went back that afternoon to pick it up drove home with no tail lights or turn signals had to go back again and get them to hook the lights back up man what a time. The truck still had a miss in the motor so a friend and i looked at the plug wires to make sure they were all on correctly and i found a #1 plug wire tore all to pieces now i know i put those wire's on myself brand new AC Delco 65.00 a set had to buy another set just to get matching wire's continuity anyway my truck still has a miss in it and never had it before i took my truck to Firestone Tire & Auto Repair. They use cheap aftermarket part's and you pay got top quality my truck uses GM,AC Delco and nothing they put on it was AC Delco. Anyway that wad my experience never again !

  Just spoke with Steve who was exceedingly helpful and courteous. I need years of detailed maintenance history on my vehicle and he was terrific. Thanks Steve!

  I bought a battery for one of my cars, and the water pump went out a week later. So the car had to sit for a few months... Somehow the battery went bad.. I was mad, because this was a new battery and I wasn't going to buy another one within a few months. I called them and went up there to see what they were gonna do to fix this problem. The guys advised me that they didn't have this unique battery in stock, but would have it tomorrow. They didn't even discuss why the battery went bad, or cost differential... I was waiting, cause I was gonna let em have it.. I went in to get my car, and they passed me the keys with a smile and said have a good day.. Wow.. Thanks for living up to the warranty and giving me great customer service.
