::This was our first time at this Firehouse location. The (owner/manager?) Doc greeted us immediately when we entered the store and started to taking our order. However, it did take almost 10 minutes to get our 3 small subs which seems excessive since there was no one ahead of us (and why I docked them a star). Our subs had fresh bread and were very tasty. And, the cookies were very good. Our visit to this Firehouse location was a positive experience and we would go back.

::Have always loved firehouse in the past and this was our first time coming back to this one for a while and I am sad to say it was pitiful. The whole restaurant was disgusting looking. They were out of ice... okay fine can work with that but all the sodas were flat. Also ordered kids combos and they did not have juice or milk so the flat sodas were our only option. And with the kids meals came brownie and cookie which were both so stale. How can you mess up a brownie and a cookie?! Then got our sandwiches and they were terrible. Bread was so stale. Hot sandwiches were cold. Ingredients missing. They were honestly barely edible. Makes me sad and I hope they can fix this because I love the mission behind firehouse and they used to have such great quality.

::My company has ordered from Firehouse in the past, however, this experience was the worst. Not only did the order come incomplete and wrong, they were not willing to take steps necessary to correct the order. Their resolution was to do nothing. I'm not talking about 1 or 2 subs, it was 12 and a salad. The only thing that was right about the whole order was the salad. The subs either came on the wrong bread and/or missing some meat. There were 4 soda that were missing along with several bags of chips. They didn't even take the time to mark the subs to clarify which one is which. When we called their response to the problem was do nothing. I am sure my company will find another place to order lunch for their employees the next time.

::Kudos to the owner/manager of this location. I love Firehouse and after my last 2 bad experiences in Annapolis and prince Frederick I was ready to never go back again but this visit exceeded my expectations. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door I had placed a mobile order and told the gentleman working and he said my name and it would just be a few minutes they were just finishing it. I felt welcomed and the food was made exactly right. I wish I lived closer to this location as I miss this type of service and quality of food. Thank you for a fantastic visit.

::This was our first visit here and I'm not sure we'll seek it out again any time soon . . . The sub was tasty, but decidedly not what I ordered . . . Came home to discover that it was missing the cucumbers, but still included the ham . . . when we arrived we were the only patrons, more customers arrived after, it still took 10+ minutes for a medium & a kid's sub . . .
