  The sandwiches are fine (better than subway), but the pickles - every time I've been to a firehouse subs, I've asked for no pickles, and they always put a pickle in the box right next to the sandwich, so the bread tastes like pickle. First 2 times I came to this place, they actually read my order and gave me no pickle!!!! FINALLY, I could enjoy a firehouse sub without it tasting like a 🤬 pickle. Well, the next 2 times, they ignored me and put the pickle in with the sandwich, one time directly on top of the sandwich. I'll give them one more chance, but god help them if they put a 🤬 pickle on my sandwich again!

  I needed lunch for 25 people in an hour, many places that I called turned me down. The manager at this location told me "No problem". Not only did she manage to get me the sandwiches but also provided the paper products, condiments and a big bowl of pickles. I will continue to support this location. Thank you.

  May was incredibly nice, and helped me craft my selection as I've never been there before. The steak and cheese was pretty decent! May even put cheddar on one half of my sub and provolone on the other half so I could experience them both. Maybe not a huge deal to most, but I appreciate the great customer service!

  I am physically closer to the Walnut Street location; however, this location is *consistently* friendly and willing to help. Today, I went to the Walnut Street location to find they are closed - my job regularly orders lunches to go and the Walnut Street location will NEVER accommodate. The Harrison Pointe location? ALWAYS consistent and solid! Highly recommend!

  Placed 2 catering orders for 30-35 boxes meals each for 2 school events in one week. Called the store first and confirmed timelines for catering order, and then placed the order online. Ordering was easy, and both orders were ready on-time and 100% accurate. The team at the store was answered all our questions and were helpful in bringing everything out to my car. Everyone enjoyed the sandwiches and fresh cookies. Thanks for a positive experience. Would definitely place a large catering order here again.
