  Really fast service. The Restaurant is clean and they have a lot of options of hot sauce

  Pretty quick service. Doesn't always have the hot sauce I like in stock. Not there most of the time. But I have to assume it's rather popular. They have a good assortment of steamed sandwiches to choose from and normally a rather large choice of hot sauces. It's worth a trip there once in awhile. Food is made infront of you. The theme is great. On UK campus they have a great wall painting depicting UK with a fire department mix. It's a great one to go to atleast once even if it is out of the way!

  The closing staff here is very rude. We came in at 8:45 with the open sign on and the staff stared at us and told us they were closed when they clearly closed at 9. Called the next day and the manager I spoke with was VERY nice and gave us 2 free subs and apologized. Came in to redeem the free subs and the same manager that told us they were not open was working. He was extremely rude. Will not be coming to this firehouse anymore because of the customer service, at least not at night. Firehouse owners, if you are losing money at night it is because of these employees who are more concerned about going home than your business.
