  I had never eaten at a Firehouse Subs before- I will never eat at Subway again- best sandwiches anywhere!

  Great food. Would eat here every day if I could. Freestyle Coke machine is always out of something.

  Stopped here and ordered a few sandwiches. Ordered a sandwich for my son with only the meat and bread, no cheese or condiments (the easiest sandwich of all). Sandwiches came out and his had all of the condiments and cheese. They apologized and took it right back to fix. They came back to our table three times to ask what was supposed to be on it, helped two other guests that came in the door after they began working on his sandwich (all the way from ordering to giving them their sandwiches). We had all finished eating before we ever got his sandwich. If you are going to ask for a sandwich with no cheese or condiments, plan to wait at least 10 minutes. The rest of the service and sandwiches were good.

  Food is good. But had to wait 30 minutes for togo, with very few people in the restaurant. Probably the last time I'll be coming here. I could have gone to a dine in restaurant and been served faster.

  The food is great and the customer service is even better! Kristy, I believe she is the manager, is just wonderful! I watched her strike a different conversation with each and every customer and was always checking on them. She just lit up the room. I will definitely be back! I can see why she manages, and of for some strange reason she doesn't, she definitely should!
