  Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful staff. Appreciated the time they took to explain wood stove mechanics and talk me through maintaining a clean and clear chimney.

  Had a problem with my pellet stove. It wouldn't fire up. Everything seemed to be working but no flame. I called to set up a service call. The gentleman on the phone asked me a bunch of questions to determine what the problem was. He told me how to correct the issue. I went home that night and it was exactly what he said the problem was and I was able to correct it. He could have easily sent someone out, charge a service call and changed a couple of parts and I wouldn't have known. Stand up guy, and a stand up company. And I love me pellet stove. (fireplace insert) I purchased my stove from them and they installed it quickly and cleanly

  Knowledgeable staff but selection is limited. The stove recommended for my home has been difficult to use. Don't purchase a Jotul f400. Poorly designed stove. Do a quick search online and you will see for yourself.
