  BEWARE OF RAMIRO ANILLO (FIORENTINO), THIS GUY IS UNETHICAL AND UNTRUTHFUL, HE SOLD ME A POLICY AND WHEN I GOT MY INSURANCE POLICY PACKET FROM THE INSURER IT WAS A WAY CHEAPER INSURANCE AND LESS COVERAGE THAN THE ONE I PAID FOR. IF I CAN GIVE HIM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD AND FROM WHAT I WITNESSED WHILE I WAS GOING BACK AND FORTH TO HIS OFFICE TO GET AN EXPLANATION WHICH HE DENIED ABD NEVER CORRECTED AND I ENDED UP PAYING FOR AN INSURANCE I CAN'T USE, THERE WHERE OTHER UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS IN HIS OFFICE AND FOR ALL THE CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE INSURANCE THROUGH HIM CHECK YOUR COVERAGES AND MAKE SURE ITS WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND CALL THE INSURANCE DIRECTLY AND ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, THE SOONER THE BETTER. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, FIND A HONEST, ETHICAL INSURER THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEEDS AND NOT JUST SEE YOU AS A COMMISSION.

  I was referred to this agent for a commercial insurance quote, I went to his office and explained exactly what coverage I needed and he gave me a quote for the specific coverage for my business. He gave me the amount I needed to put down and the monthly payments I was going to have on the specific insurance coverage , but when I received my policy from the insurance underwriter it was not at all what I had paid for. At this point in time I went to Fiorentino's office to explain the error, he stated that it was a mistake and that he would take care of the issue. So he then gave me a certificate of insurance stating the insurance coverage that I had paid for and told me to show that to the companies I service until he fixed the issue with the insurance company directly, a week later I went to Fiorentinos office to find out the reason way the insurance still wasn't updated, then he stated that it was out of his hands and he wasn't going to fix the problem and to leave his office if I wasn't satisfied with his service. So I called the insurance company and found out that they don't cover what I paid for and Fiorentino should have known that, so I ended up buying a bogus $14,432.00 policy that I can't use. BE AWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS AGENT AND IF YOU DO, HAVE A PROFESSIONAL REVIEW THE POLICY AND MAKE SURE HE GIVES YOU COPIES OF EXACTLY WHAT YOU AGRRED ON FOR COVERAGE AND HE WILL ASK FOR CASH PAY IN C.C, CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT FRAUDULANT FRAUDULENT FRAUDULENT

  Best place to get insurance they are honest great customer service. Amd i would recommend anyone to go.
