  I cannot say enough great about the way my car accident case was handled by these caring professionals.. From start to finish I was made to feel comfortable and treated with the utmost respect.. Brian Acard and Amanda Chanowsky worked with me the most. But when things got down to the wire, Brian was with me all the way.. I don't think I have ever come across a more kind and helpful man..Even on the days that he should have had off he worked with me toward an amazing outcome. He deserves all the praise and thanks that I could offer.

  On any other day, the ride home would have been uneventful, but you never realize how bad something really is until it happens to you. After a car crossed over and hit the car in front of me, my car was hit. It was a horrifying accident, and unfortunately someone passed away. Despite how emotionally severe the accident was, insurance companies were bothering me for days after the accident, asking me to relive that horrific moment and pressuring me to make statements. Over the past few years, I made so many lifestyle changes pertaining to the accident, but Finkelstein & Partners have been so accommodating. Although I was originally seeing them in their Newburgh location, I moved across the river and they conveniently had an office in Wappingers that was easy for me to get to. Once I got in contact with Finkelstein & Partners, the insurance companies involved never rang me again. Honestly, the people there are so personable, yet professional. If anything happened to my loved ones where they would need legal support, I would absolutely recommend them. They called to check in with me and make sure I was doing okay, and sometimes it was almost like family checking in. I really can't recommend them enough.
