::Hands down the worst customer service! I stood there for 10 minutes holding a shoe in the air just waiting for someone to come help, then finally I found someone and asked them for a size and when they brought it out it was THE WRONG SIZE! I planned on spending a couple hundred dollars there but instead I just went somewhere else.

::My boyfriend and I were In the store on 3/24/17 we were waited on by Anthony & Sharman. Both were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the right size shoe I was comfortable with because the shoes I had bought were to small. I just want to thank them and let them know they are awesome. Thank you so much Donna

::I never write reviews but I was very disappointed in the customer service and found it necessary to do so in this case. Customer service is not for everyone but as someone that is in the field, it is most definitely a choice to have a job pertaining to it. My boyfriend and I mentioned to the cashier that the bad mood both associates had was unprofessional and she said nothing. We told them to have a good day and again she said nothing. New management and team leadership should be put into place.

::Poor management. Jeremy will toss a customer elsewhere rather then handling the issue. We won't be back in that store as long as he is there
