  5 stars to Jose aka Jo.. That store was a madhouse today. That guy was able to help me try on 7+ shoes all the while taking care of at least 5 other clients! Give that guy a raise!

  Very poor service. I waited at their checkout counter for assistance but no one came to help although I saw staff members just standing around. Another customer came in later and walked to talk to one of the staff (blonde guy-Jared) and he immediately helped her even though he saw that I was at the counter waiting. I didn't say anything because I thought he would do the right thing and be fair and come to help me first, but he didn't. He helped the other girl and asked me to wait. Eventually another guy came to help, but he had no idea how to handle an online pickup. I, then, had to wait for another person to help. Finally, the third guy was competent enough to help. How hard is it to help a waiting customer at your counter with an online pick up order?

  Staff isn't very knowledgeable with exception of one blonde guy. Customer service was pretty lax as I had to find someone to assist with receiving shoe sizes. Literally any other finish line would be a worth a drive. Probably not coming here again.

  makes raffles a very unpleasant experience. didn't receive the product i initially planned on purchasing. aurora finishline is where it's at. #finishlineaurora
