  Recently bought new bedding from Fine Linens and couldn't be happier. The customer service is incredible and the associate went out of her way to find me the perfect bedding that was in my price range. Please give them a try when looking for new linens as they seem to have something for everyone.

  Super customer service and great product selection and pricing! Fine Linens has provided us with the best bedding, pillows, and towels. We are very happy with the selection and easy to shop website.

  Had a great Experience at Fine Linens! Came in with many questions regarding sizing & feel for new bedding (Duvet cover / Sheets). Customer service was able to lead me in the right direction. Very happy with my purchase. Especially my Matouk duvet cover!!! They also did a great job expanding there store!

  Great selection and customer service. I love the sferra linens I ordered from Fine Linens and can’t beat their prices. Walked by the other day and looks like they are expanding and redid the entire store. Looks amazing!

  Ok selection, horrible customer service. Rude. Really tiny store in NYC, not a linen store, think closet with snotty customer service. Anyone can sell online these days. Fine Linens proves that point. Proper customer service for linen business means that you have to know and understand bed linens. They offer quality brands online, but with the pretty, you get the ugly. Just not worth the effort - walk or drive to Bloomingdale's on Lexington Ave or find dozens of other websites. I called the brand directly and they gave me a list of other retailers in metro NYC to buy the bed linens. Interestingly the apologized for Fine Linens, but said clearly - it was not the first time that people have complained.
