  All I can say is "Whooa Awesome Job". I'm not one for reviews but I had to do this one. I woke up to my basement bathroom flooded, I call for service and within an hour I had a tech at my door. The tech, Shawn did an awesome job in quick time and without a mess. Satisfied to the fullest.

  Final Cleaning is a great company! They were fast, friendly, reliable and affordable. I will be recommending this company to anyone who needs assistance with their sewer and drains. Fantastic & knowledgeable staff and technicians.

  Final Cleaning was of great help in a messy situation! I called for service and was very relieved to be given an appointment for the same afternoon. The Receptionist was friendly and understood My state of panic. The Sewer Technician was professional and clean, he even took the time to explain to Us that the toilet paper We were using was problematic. I highly recommend this company!

  Final cleaning is a very dishonorable company that is more concerned with making money then treating it's customers fairly. I called the company for a routine yearly maintenance on my train and the dishonorable technician that arrived claimed I needed to pay an extra hundred dollars for a job I always get done at the contract price. Two days after he snaked the drain, my drain it began to back up into my tenants apartment. I called final cleaning and the same technician came. He found two wipes and claimed that they were fresh and therefore my warranty was void. I stated that there was no way he could be sure if the wipes were new. How could two wipes cause an entire house to back up!!! Therefore he should honor the $270 I paid on Saturday which was simply for a routine maintenance. After going back and forth with him and the company rep on the phone, they insisted I must pay the $85 without a willingness this to see what came out of the drain. Final Cleanining workers are Money Mongers and dishonest people! Don't use this company. No wonder they only have three stars!
