::Upscale, exquisite, and sexy! Would highly recommend this place especially if you're looking to have a nice romantic evening out with your significant other. Good food and drinks! Park in the garage and explore all of the awesome retail shops located in the quad.

::Things got much better (read the story) . But first, Great appetizers, light and fresh small bites. We had a rocky start with a waiter who was perhaps still in training but was doing his best. Simple service etiquette were missing, he never explained the menu, we asked for suggestions but he was not excited about any food items, he didn't know what beer was on tap, and our drinks were 20 minutes late and thats when I Kindly asked the manager for some backup help and thats when things turned for the better. Great noticeable change and exactly what we expected from the beginning. The manager was super calm and very hands on and made sure everyone was happy. Food was great! The atmosphere was nice, great background music, and we would go back. Had it not been for the extra help our waiter got, our experience would have not been the same.

::I have been to Fig and Olive in NYC several times and loved it. I was so disappointed by the service and food at the DC restaurant. It was end of lunch and they we're rushing us, telling us that we didn't have much time. They were so busy getting people out of there that they forgot things, smashed glasses.. it was ridiculous. Either you take in customers or not. I had the tuna tartare and it was disgusting. It wasn't chopped but blended into a mash that wasn't cold the toast however was cold and tasted like old bread. Waste of time and money.

::Amazing..... Everything was perfect! The venue was welcoming and intimate. The white sangria excellently made. The waiter made the experience memorable. The crostinis are so worth exploration! Loved it!

::Came a half hour early for happy hour and had some great cocktails, wine, and crostinos. Service at the host table, bar, and table was all excellent. We had the mushroom croquettes, truffle risotto, and seafood paella. All was perfect. Individual prices do not appear to be high on the menu (for the area and cuisine), but portion size earns it $$$. The downstairs is more of an energetic lounge, while the upstairs is a more soothing, refined dining experience. Cute view of the City Center decor.
