::I understand the rules but they really are not for the people. I am struggling during a pandemic and keep going negetive and they will not help to remove the fees. I have no choice but to close this account.

::I will never come to this bank again and I suggest no one comes hear ever. I was told by the cashier or teller when I put my card through the machine just grab it causing my self who has a disability to get out and come around to front and go inside to get it back. Nothing was wrong with card but I was told by the teller some comes to open the box on Mondays and will mail it back. It's been 2weeks and no card was sent back. When I called them up they said my card was not in the box and someone should of called me but no one did. What is really crazy is What HAPPEN to my card. So now I have too call for another card to come in mail. PLEASE NOTE ONE COME HEAR. I actually want to put zero stars.
