  Very unfriendly teller! It was apparent cashing my check was an inconvenience for her. It was my first time at this location and it will definitely be my last.

  Teller Joanne is very rude and unhelpful. I was there to cash a payroll check and Joanne told me the check number was not verified in the system and she is not allowed to call and verify it. This was a lie after calling my corporate HR dept who told me this is untrue and the teller needs to call. I then went to the Novi branch where they did not give me any problems and called for verification. This is not the first time Joanne has been rude and unprofessional either.
