  Bad service. Closing time is 5:30 and at 5:10 it was already closed and people still kept coming to bank here. Lazy workers wouldn't answer the phone when I was calling the bank. Don't waste your time here. The nearest Fifth Third branch is located at 26th and Pulaski. Maybe there they'll have better service. Terrible service.
