  Fierman Produce Exchange fired Angelica Valencia because she was pregnant. To avoid another miscarriage, her doctor gave Angelica a note saying she couldn't work overtime hours. The law protects women in this situation from being fired, yet Fierman Produce Exchange fired her anyway. This is inhumane, disgusting, and criminal. How DARE they terminate this woman's employment over her pregnancy! I am posting the NYT article which reports this story on my Facebook page and will make sure everyone I know is aware of this heinous insult, and I ask everyone to boycott this business. The people in charge at Fierman Produce Exchange are animals.
