  THE WORST INS COMPANY EVER!!! - How does it make sense that the less money you make the faster, better care you get but when you start making decent money and your coverage gets upgraded the stingy s.o.b.s will take weeks to approve a simple MRI?? If you want to waste time, money, and never get your claims resolved, then this is the company for you!!

  Customer Service could be much better. My initial experiences were sterling, but for at least the last year or so, it's been lacking, unfortunately. Either no responses, only responding after continuously reaching out, or just a flat-out "deal with it yourself" attitude. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.

  They don't take Blue Cross Blue Shield. How doesn't take Blue Cross Blue Shield? I'm wondering if it is because they did not meet Blue Cross Blue Shield's standards. Wanted $125 out of pocket.

  Fidelis care is a Catholic company. Despite signing up for their services through the New York State government website, I was never informed that this company DENIES all family planning coverage. I would have never agreed to give them the hundreds of dollars I've already paid if this was disclosed to me. I am fine with the company being Catholic, but I am absolutely against them interfering with my rights to basic health care based on their intrusive and controlling beliefs.
