  They have only one english speaking representative. Even that person does not have time or patience to listen to your questions. You will be ignored unless you are chinese and don't speak english.

  Trust me, this is awful place to visit. First of All, They put you in A very confined space for long long Waiting. When I say confined, it is simply like detention center. Second, their unprofessional contemptible attitude, They don't know How to speak, How to greet guests, actually I watch them no more than street yelling peddlers. I understand They are chinese staff, but they always use mean, ironic, offensive words. Fidelis is great company, why those unqualified Chinese staff can be employed? Thirdly, they let you sign the sheet to be called for service by the order. But they just skip your name to call other guests ONE and half hours later behind you. They don't care if you sit there for all day something, their eyesight might just use breathing. What pissed me off most is they treat you like animals, you almost exhausted for 2 hours waiting with no lunch, while they chatting in groups cursing the guests they just on phone call or the guests just leaving! Never come back, Never.
