  The classes are really great! Started taking Duary & Matt's class those were all lot of fun. Then I found the fhixtreme class with Eric & that is killer, but oh so good!

  Kick ass and fun work out. They mix it up each time so you don’t get bored . Great instructors who motivates you and make sure you have the right forms so you don’t hurt yourself.

  I took Amanda and Denny's class on Saturday morning. It was great and they were so helpful and went out of their was to repeatedly check in on my and correct my form. Their energy was great and I'd definitely recommend their class!!
