  Very unfriendly and unapproachable staff. Most act as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. I find it difficult to believe they do not stock parts for Kohler toilets. I won't be shopping there anymore.

  i walked in and they helped me right away. i didn't know exactly what i was looking for. so they helped me find the best pipe dope for my situation

  Always a wait and overpriced. You walk into the parts department and they won't even acknowledge you. A quick hello will show that the see you. When they do finally get to you it's a big nasty attitude show. Also seems they do not stock much and use the term "backordered" very casually. Save your time and money...go somewhere else.

  Very good customer service experience. Went in looking for a part, which I found. However it was quite expensive. The sales woman at the desk thought she might have the same part by a different manufacturer for less money. She looked once and could not find it. She said hold on, let me try again, and sure enough she found it. Saved me quite a bit of money. I appreciated the extra effort.
