::BEWARE! The words, "I made a mistake", started to become a routine with Elvis Fernandez. His mistakes also meant a cost added to my bill. Terrible to none customer service or customer satisfaction. He may seem quite but had a temper, hot headed in which he occasional lashed out in anger if he did not want to make requested changes. He made it clear that he does not pick up or throw out garbage yet I did approach him as he walked out of my house to put an item that did not belong to him in the trunk of his vehicle. He told me I have no proof or proof what was taken when I confronted him of other items in my house that vanished. He was right. I did have his crew and other workers in the house. Due to other incidents regarding his work I did feel he was dishonest and not knowledgeable, not current on electrical codes. Elvis constantly told me that that he is a Master Electrician yet refused with additional pay offered to change the breaker amps in which he installed to higher amps. This was another heated conversation. He was willing to correct after hearing it from the inspector that the breaker amps were NOT up to code. Another reason inspection had failed. He was very conscious of scheduled appointment time arrival and would notify me if he was a few minutes late in which I appreciated.
