  Nearly 2 months and NUMEROUS phone calls after the unexpected death of my mother in law 1200 miles away from where my wife and I reside, Fender STILL has not completed the paperwork for a death certificate. My wife was there all alone in an extremely emotional and fragile state and I believe she was taken advantage of by Mr Fender at the worst moment of her life. SHAME ON YOU FENDER FUNERAL HOME!!!!!!!

  Very unprofessional.....if I could I'd rate it a ZERO......... wouldn't return my aunt's money for the obituaries that were totally messed up.....they had names missed spelled....death date of my uncle wrong....they left items at the church that should been brought home with my Aunt when they took her home......He uses dirty caskets to bury your love ones in..... SMH..... They're very...very unprofessional......if he wasn't so busy try to pick up females and take them out he would be able to run his business correctly!!!....And whoever is expecting to receive money from him......it's NOT GONNA happen.......

  Nice setting and facility. Director was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

  Have been unable to collect a debt from this funeral home in 164 days. Shame they ignore us. If I could get the cremation urns they sold back I would.
