  Some people ME must learn the hard way. I have been in pain for the last 4 weeks. Pinched nerve in my neck/back which radiates to my left arm. Continuous pain. I've had 5 chiropractic sessions, steroid shots, oral steroids, two massages, ergonomic appraisal (new chair and different keyboard angle), changed my mattress and two sessions with Donna Woods helped me more than ALL traditional methods. Now I just need to take care of myself by going to some of her Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes. Mind you, I know this method works. I took the training because it works so well. I'm a certified Feldenkrais practitioner but I don't practice. It took me 10 years to get certified (a 4 year program). Apparently I needed to experience the pain and traditional methods AGAIN to solidify what I already know. You CAN heal your aches and pains with this method and maintain your ability to move well into your old age and I can't recommend anyone in San Diego more than Donna Woods. See you Tuesday Donna!

  Donna Wood has helped me put my body and, by extension, my life back in order. When I met her many years ago I had some musculoskeletal aches and pains from an old injury. She helped me with these problems and I felt much better. I went on my way. Fast forward several years, and again I came to Donna with my aches and pains, but by that time I was hurting all the time and could not get relief, ever. Donna began to work her magic with me by using Functional Integration. Over time I have had such great results! I am now spending most of my time completely pain free!!! Thank you soooo much Donna and the Feldenkrais Method. Rebecca
