  If you need BASIC maintenance, prices are reasonable. Wade is a good guy and gives great customer service but their troubleshooting abilities are novice. Took my bike to them to repair a throttle tube because I put too much glue on the new grips...get it back, the check engine light is on. A few days later my bike starts to shut off while I'm riding occasionally, then all together stops running. I take it back to them and they tell me I need a power commander. After paying for the power commander and labor, I notice the check engine light is still on! I give them the benefit of the doubt and figured the check engine light had nothing to do with the issue. Two days later, my bike will not start; same exact issue. I take the bike back again and I'm told my fuel pump doesn't engage due a faulty fuel switch. I have them install the switch...check engine light is still on. Sure enough, two days later, my bike doesn't start! I work as an electrician and in the technical field, we call this "shotgunning." Fixing one thing and hoping it solves the problem; if not, fix something else until it works. I don't make enough money to fund this type of troubleshooting. Again, good customer service, but if you have issues that require troubleshooting take it to another shop.

  I do not go anywhere else to get my motorcycle serviced. Wyatt and Wade provide excellent customer service. They put the customer first and are always on their A Game! Your motorcycle and wallet will thank you.

  FPSU has never let me down when my motorcycle was in need of service!! Whether it was a simple tire or fluid changes to correcting a problem that a previous motorcycle "mechanic" did. They are always there to help and at very competitive and reasonable prices on products and services. I will always refer my friends to these two guys for ANY motorcycle needs!! Keep up the great work!!!

  I brought my 636 to these guys and they were able to find out what wrong with my bike. The quality of work and service is beyond excellent. They gave 100% on getting my bike fixed and they were always there to answer any of my questions. I will have to say you will not be able to find a great place to have your bike serviced/repaired. When they said 100% satisfaction guaranteed they are serious with this. Stop looking for a place to get your bike looked at, you will not be disappointed if you go here.
