  I typically don't write reviews but under this occasion I most certainly it called for one. I ordered a mocha latte from a cashier with dreads who was extremely rude when I returned it because it had a long piece of hair in it. She simply replied "well its not mine". To add insult the manager stated "sir but you drank most of the coffee". I replied yes, the HAIR didn't come out until the middle of my drink and clearly did not want to replace my coffee when you could literally see the hair sticking out of the cup. Long story short both the staff and manager were completely unprofessional and extremely rude as the girl who was intentionally making me wait proceeded to comment under her breath so I didn't hear and continue to be disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend this place at all and she needs additional training on how to correctly serve customers.

  Delicious coffee and tasty, fresh, moist pastries. Nice vibe and friendly staff. ;)

  The friendliest staff, coffee loaded with flavor (so good!), tasty chocolate almond milk (hot and cold!), plus solid snacks set in a very chill and classy little shop. And all for a really good cause too -- it's a no-brainer :)
