  Worst FedEx ever! People working there are so lazy, not nice, not helpful, not knowledgeable. There was only one lady who was doing her job, but I don’t see her anymore. I wish I never have to go back there.

  Printed out documents and the double sided version came upside down. I asked the lady to help and we worked towards getting another set printed where the same problem occurred. I was denied a refund. The print preview was not working on the first place on their computers. Everything

  This location provided one of the worst services I've ever experienced in my life. I needed to print two black and white regular pages (nicer quality 8 1/2 by 11) of pictures and because I needed to have 9 pictures per page, the person in charge told me there was a minimal fee of roughly $30 for the adjustment (which couldn't be further from the truth, having done it many times at several other locations). Sparring the details of the story, he ended up calling "a superior" and convinced me that his $50 fee was a deal as his superior said it was $170 for two pages of black and white pictures. I could not make this up. He kept emphasizing that this is how FedEx makes their money and is what customers pay for (super condescending, but at that point I was so baffled that I didn't refute it). When I finally agreed to his amazing $50 deal because I was on a very tight deadline, he said "oh we're 15 minutes from closing so we'll have to do it tomorrow" when the whole point was that they were needed in that moment. It takes two seconds to fit x amount of pictures per page, but he just didn't know how to do it so came up with all these excuses. I even offered to show him! Go to the Tchoupitoulas location if you can. I would never want to have such an employee working for my company. Edit: The employee worked Wednesday night from 11PM to midnight.

  I drive for Uber and had a passenger who needed to pick up a package. They were not helpful at all. They couldn't tell him where his package was, and hadn't helped him all day. Long story short, he didn't get his package, and I missed out on a trip to the airport.
