  One of the best FedEx offices that I have been. Zach and Cristina have great customer service. Listen to you and always provide all the information about the service that you are you going to use. Usually the store is not busy and they do not open open on Sundays. The office itself is located inside the Hyatt Regency hotel.

  Went in to send a fax before work. Definitely need to work on their customer service skills. At least a smile would be nice, especially when I was the only one in the place. $22 to send a fax is rediculous. Definitely going to try and find a local place next time.

  Don't know why the other reviews, I called ahead to check prices, they are same as all other locations. Easy to find from the main lobby of hotel, just a bit to the left. I just needed a few pages printed off & staff very knowledgeable, helpful in explaining best way save money, even though it meant an extra step for them. They were busy but able to work quickly, I was in & out in 4 minutes!
