  Customer service sucks and only one person was working and taking their slow ass time. I had to pick up a package and I had to wait almost an hour for them to deal with just one person before me.

  Never more than one employee working. Always a line. Computer/ system has crashed every time I have been there, forcing a 5-10 minute delay while it reboots, and then whatever order was in-progress at the time of crash is then restarted from scratch. This place needs help, literally - this place needs more help/ staff.

  Pathetic. Employees look like they have no passion for the work they do. No hustling even when there is a long line. Andrew was carrying casual conversations with customers like he didn't have a care in the world while customers waited impatiently to be processed.

  Not sure why people don’t like this shop but in my experience the people here generally know what they’re doing and are very pleasant to deal with. I generally have shipping items prepared at home anyway.

  I probably could have walked my package to its destination faster. This place is incredibly slow.
