  Please be aware that there is absurd fees for any package that you should try to drop off here. On top of that it is difficult to find. I would appreciate if Google would remove this from its search results.

  Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! More expensive in handling charges than round trip shipping charges!! And, the Westin is all in on this scam. Sent boxes to the Westin and they had Fed Ex receive them. $90 in handling charges!! 👎👎👎

  Customer beware. There is an additional $15 handling fee because it is in a hotel. No where was this advertised on the fedex website. Highly recommend to avoid this location as well as the JW marriott location. Instead go to monument circle if you want to avoid the surcharge.

  Convenient to the convention center and helpful, friendly service. Also, it is nice that it is close to the side door of the hotel (if you're not actually staying at the Westin).

  I was in a bind and had about 30 minutes to get a huge wooden crate to a presentation room, set up a table and give a presentation. Marvin Echols stepped up and helped me tremendously! He helped me move the crate to the correct location, found me a screw driver to open the crate and even helped me move the crate to the dock after my presentation was over in order to have it transferred to the trade show. I cut it really close and without Marvins help I would have not been able to give my presentation. He really cares about his customers! It's hard to find top notch service like this and I am very thankful! Missing the presentation would have cost my company thousands of dollars and made us look very unprofessional. Marvin literally saved the day!
