::Hands down the best FedEx Office location to go to if it is convenient. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Aaron took care of my packing, shipping & Insurance recommendations. Top Shelf service. This will be my primary location going forward. Bathroom spotless. I had a FedExcellent experience. My uncle works as a driver here in Nashville and says that all the time...lol. Seriously, this place & the staff really are great. Go see 'em.

::Great service. Both Lisa and Aaron did a wonderful job and were very helpful. I was there to pickup a package, but i will definitely be back for other services.

::It seems like every time I go into this location, there is something wrong with the computer system and they are constantly rebooting. This was a MAJOR PROBLEM for me the last shipment I made. I went to send off a $2500 piece of gear for repair. We tried going through the system 3 times on 2 different computers, and each time, the system crashed. We finally filled out a paper form with the address. I confirmed and they said they would send it later that day. After 10 days of no response, I check the tracking slip... not only were there errors to the company name to the street number (both not what I signed off on), but the address it had been sent to was completely out of nowhere in a completely different city. This situation is not ok and now I have to go through the grueling process or retrieving my gear from a location to where I never told them to send it.

::Ramona was incredibly rude. I mail around 5-10 packages a week at this and other Fedex locations and usually have very helpful and polite customer service. This time however a new employee (I had never seen her before) named Ramona came over and interrupted her coworker who was trying to process my delivery telling her "no, no, no, we don't take that!" Her attitude was indignant, like I had just set an unwrapped potted plant on the counter and asked her to mail it. I was dropping off a box wrapped in heavy duty shipping paper, corners and edges taped, and prepaid postage attached to the front. She said “We can’t accept that” because of the shipping paper even after I explained that I drop similar packages off all the time with no problem, I actually tape the packages because another employee said it will prevent the paper from being ripped. I explained to her that the package was taped and she still, quite rudely protested. I can’t count the number of time she said “no”. She didn’t offer any alternative, didn’t offer to help, didn’t say “we can repackage it for you”, she just kept saying “No!”. I stopped using USPS because of this type of terrible customer service. I love Fedex, but Ramona is not Fedex material.
