::Have spent many a night here prepping for a trade show. The people are friendly -- and patient! -- and there's even a Starbucks, so you won't perish while printing your stuff.

::Poor customer service, employee was unable to help me print documents because she said she didn’t know how to work an iPhone. She was also very rude and very short with me and was unwilling to help troubleshoot. Older gentleman was patient and helpful.

::I lost my new cell phone several months ago, and the staff kept it for me. It's been sometime since then.. But I need a copy of some thing today. So I went in, made my copy and out I went. Nothing lost. All is good.

::I stopped in to print my resume on my way to an interview. I emailed the document to the email provided and was told to wait for the confirmation and the associate would print it for me. The associate was unable to find the email even though I received confirmation that it was ready to prunit. I was asked to resend the document over by the front door because the server was not very good by the desk. I sent the document again and received another confirmation. Only to be told it still hadn’t been received. I was instructed to log in the computer and print the document and the associate would credit me back the time on the computer. By this time I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late to my interview. It was a huge waste of time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

::Went in at 3am because it's the only shop in Vegas open 24 hours. I was helped by Ericka, and man, I wish every retail employee was as kind and helpful as her. Ericka went out of her way to help me with some stuff, and I could appreciate it more, having driven across town to make this happen. I wish customer service was like this everywhere, because I know how poorly some people treat retail employees, but she stands out in my mind as one of the best I've come across in a long time. I hope someone on marketing reads these, and personally thanks Ericka for representing FedEx Kinko's so well. Especially at 3am. I left feeling happy just because of how happy she was, even though I have to drive home and back to get a written down address I forgot. 6 stars.
