I love these FedEx shops. I am always able to get exactly what I want quickly and correctly. They don't make mistakes. I have been to these places several times, and each time I have gone away completely satisfied. If you are looking for a great place to handle your business, this is it.

Good location and clean store doesn't make up for awful staff. Train your employees better. Focus on customers instead of process. I truly loathe this place.

I finally found it tucked in between two road constructions. I wheeled my 5 month old in and had lots of questions for the lady about printing posters to frame from jpg files. She was super helpful and told me the price difference per square foot on regular versus "thicker" paper. She offered to have me email her the files and the dimensions I wanted of each (5 different one total) and she'd get back to me on the pricing. She got back to me within 1 business day and also offered to save me 10% by signing up for their rewards program (not a credit card) that accumulates points and accrues discounts. I had to put a quick hold and edit some of the sizes and then let her know which to move forward with (all via email) and they were ready within one day. I was called and emailed to be notified that they were ready. I'm super thankful for help! Haven't picked them up yet so unless the printing job is terrible, id say it was a great experience.

I used the computer to print off something while I was downtown. I paid to access the internet which is fine and to print. I logged off the total that came up on the screen was $10.00 , that was a little high but OK. I check my account later that day. $67.00 is what I was charged. Wow.
