::Horrible service, I take this train everyday to go to work so I know the ins and outs of how it works. For a regular passenger traveling that gets a one time experience with the JFK airtrain,may not be that bad but for someone like me it's worst than the MTA. Today July 20th 2017 took me 40minutes from lefferds boulevard to terminal 5. It's a 4 minute drive so you know the difference. Train also goes out of service every day or so. During weekends they only have one track open knowing the passengers flow is higher because people tent to travel out more than weekdays. Feel bad for the people who pay $5 a ride.

::Airttain is great! Plus the restrooms in the car rental area are very clean. Much better than the ones in JFK.
