  I was taken good care of here. The doctor was very helpful and kind to listen and accommodate my eye glasses Rx for my specific needs. He was professional and kind. I don't know any where else that offers a more affordable price for an exam.

  If I can give them CERO I WILL DO They are pretty pretty slow The doctor it takes soooooooo long , and if you are walking is going to take more than 3 hours in order to see the doctor don't go there go to American best they are really fast and have all the machine and best technology they are the best!! And no I'm not working of have anything to do with American best

  Eye exam was fine. Doctor prescribed me very expensive contact lenses when I have been wearing generic lenses that are half the price. Was traveling heavily last year and wasn't able to sit in one place to order contacts, so I waited 3-4 months to order the contacts. Found out they were half the price as the generics which are just as good. Called the doctor last week to ask if I could get changed to the generic brand that I've been wearing for about 10 years, she said they normally charge $35 but she'll let it go and to come in when I'm back in town. I come back into town specifically to get this prescription and obviously with the heavy miscommunications in the office, 3 of the staff members tell me that I need to pay $35 to have them "refitted." That's pretty frustrating, coming back into town for the prescription and being told I have to pay for it now. On top of that their staff kept putting me on hold and eventually got an attitude with me, which granted I was getting pretty pissed off at that point as well. For $35 they lost what would have been a loyal customer as well as a very dissatisfied review. I wonder if that was really worth $35? maybe to them. I would avoid Feather Eye Care, who has an office in the Walmart of Bedford Texas.
