::Always a great experience. I've been bringing my dogs there for years now and not only do I get great service and advise from the owner and the staff, but the groomers are very courteous. Always very professional. My dogs always leave happy!!!

::Absolute worst grooming experience ever. This was the first time I brought my puppy there to be groomed and he was traumatized! First off when I went to pick him up the first thing the cashier told me was that the groomer said the next time I bring my 6 pound puppy back to be groomed he should be TRANQUILIZED. I took one look at my normally happy and yes a bit boisterous dog and realized something was wrong when he made no move towards me and was very quiet. I couldn't wait to get him out of that place. Upon arriving at home I took a closer look at his haircut and realized that there were chunks of hair that were inches longer randomly sticking out around his head and legs. When I called to complain I was put on the phone with the owner who told me my dogs was too difficult for the groomer to handle. He would not give my money back, he would not let me supervise if I chose to bring him back to even out his cut and was a condescending jerk. I want to support my local businesses but after this debacle I'll pay a little extra and visit a big corporate store where they have rules and policies that protect dogs and owners a like. Feast for Beasts is just a terrible place.
