  I simply cannot say enough good things about FCI Catering & Events. Everything they did for my wedding was perfection. The food was absolutely amazing and my guests couldn’t stop raving about it! Every single thing they served was delicious. FCI also made my wedding cake, which was completely stunning and tasted incredible! Multiple guests asked for second helpings because the cake was so good! It seemed like as the night progressed the pleasant surprises kept coming. They included an intermezzo that was a delicious treat and totally unexpected, and the dessert bar they had created was elegant, yet playful. They completely understood my vision and made it come to life better than I could have imagined. The team at FCI put me at ease and handled every detail of the day calmly and professionally. Aside from the amazing food and service, they went above and beyond what I expected from a caterer. When part of my dress needed to be sewn back together, Alexis pulled out her bag of tricks and made it happen! I felt totally supported by FCI and it made the day that much more enjoyable for me. My husband and I, along with all of our guests, had the most amazing night and that is definitely thanks to FCI’s flawless execution!
