  Hip, fun decor in a tiny strip mall setting serving up awesome custom ice cream flavors. The home made brown sugar brown butter waffle cones are excellent! Definitely worth stopping in for dessert!

  Good ice cream, minimal toppings and seating. If there are 5 customers it looks packed. Small amounts of ice cream but still good.

  The novelty of this place is pretty nice. I enjoy the different flavors and interesting takes on ice cream. I'd love it if the adorable atmosphere was mirrored in matching enthusiasm from the staff, but maybe they are more cat people than ice cream shop people? I love the outdoor option and stylized simplicity of this place.

  Great local ice cream shop that constantly changes their selections as well as listens to patron suggestions which sometimes dictates some of their best flavors. We love visiting these neighborhood independently owned establishments and Fat Cat is always full of friendly people. There is usually a line out the door, but it goes a lot faster than you would think. Don't let that turn you off. Totally worth it!

  Always worth the trip. The lines are shorter in the cooler than months than in the summer, but have never waited longer than 10 minutes for a scoop. Trip this past weekend I had Salted Butter Caramel (pops up frequently) and Gooey Butter Cake - both were fantastic. The "always available" flavors are great also, but I usually veer towards the rotating list... never disappointed. When you can get it, don't pass up the Saint Arnold's Root Beer Flavor. it is fantastic. My wife tried one of their chocolate chip cookies this weekend... quite good. There are better in Houston, but it will satisfy the craving when needed!
