::Crabs are expensive and still often run out after 3pm. The food and taste delicious. My food has always been served hot. The servers aren't as friendly like as they use to be. I love the cool deck and ambiance of the fishing decor. This place gives off a nice at homey feel, but the inside is very crowded. The bathrooms need rennovating, but are often very clean.

::I heard so many great reviews about this place and finally had a chance to try it for myself! This location is off the beaten path though well worth the trouble to find. Plenty of parking, limited seating inside, though lots of seating outside if you enjoy eating your crabs outdoors. There is also little play area for the kids outside. They actually steam the crabs outside too. I ordered the fatboys because why not I was at Fatboys?! They were pricey though I don't mind paying for good food, just don't want to pay a shiny red penny for bad food. They were a great size, flavored well, and meaty. We also ordered the steamed shrimp which were fresh, steamed perfectly and had a great flavor. I will definitely head back there soon.

::Not even lying — actually the best crab cake sandwich I’ve ever had in my 32years of living (and eating lots and lots of crab). Can I even call it a crab “cake”? It was a massive 8oz pile of perfectly cooked, crispy on all the right edges and soft in the middle, not even fishy but sweet succulent lumpy crab. Holy cannoli. Truly blew my world. We also got the creamy crab soup AND Maryland crab soup COMBINED - halfsies - in a cup. Best suggestion ever from our friendly checkout server. Awesome hush puppies - small bit of sweetness but mostly savory, lots of outer crunch and nice and chewy inside. Delish fresh seasonal vegetables (grilled summer squash, zuccs and onions). Well worth every penny. We can’t wait to come back some day if our travels bring us this way again!

::I originally ordered a medium rare burger. First one came out completely over cooked /well done. Sent it back they apologized. Second one came out completely pink and bleeding all over which is considered extra rare in the restaurant industry. The third one came out completely well done after we asked if they can do a medium rare burger they assured us they could. See photo for how the third one came out. Fountain water was un drinkable and the coleslaw (which is hard to mess up) came out sub par. I do not recommend this place. A waste of time and money. If I wanted a terrible burger, I would’ve gone to McDonald’s. Which would of given me faster service. Only thing that gave this place 2 stars were that the bartenders were decent.

::Decent food, nice location, but really underwhelming service. We ordered some mozzarella sticks, crab dip, hush puppies, a fish sandwich and a crab cake sandwich. You order at the counter, they give you a number, then you choose your table. We decided to sit outside. There's lots of outdoor seating, it's mostly under tents, so nicely shaded, and there are some outdoor televisions as well. The mozzarella sticks, hush puppies and fish sandwich all arrived pretty quickly, but no sign of the crab dip or crab cake sandwich. We flagged down one of the food runners and asked him to check on our food, but he never returned. Finally, after about 45 minutes, the crab dip arrived, it was good, but definitely on the salty side. After about an hour my friend went inside to check on his sandwich, they said it was nearly ready, but when they asked the kitchen, they said it hadn't been started. They refunded him for the sandwich. I have years of experience in the service industry, so it's hard for me to be negative, especially now, with so many restaurants being understaffed. But I just didn't see any hustle in any of the food runners, they all kinda leisurely strolled. Perhaps it's a safety thing, but with everything basically fried, and served on paper, it's not like they're carrying heavy trays. Maybe I'm being over critical, but an hour waiting on a sandwich is pretty excessive. I'm willing to go back and give them another shot.
