::I have been getting charged like $100 extra every week. I call them every time but they never have a correct answer to why am I getting charged that amount. Even they’re not sure about charges! Like how is that possible?And Employees I talked to were very unprofessional! Update: ***After 2 phone calls and waiting on the line, then visiting the office, my issue was solved. Totally agree with other reviewers. They need to improve on customer service skills. At least answer a question nicely***

::If your reading this, save your money and invest in putting TLC plates on your own car. Rent from here if you absolutely have to. The first day was a good experience with all the girls helping me at the desk. They were super nice and friendly. However, the cars they have should be cleaner and properly maintained as in the car working properly mechanical-wise. They need more appealing and newer models of cars to choose from. They also charged me more then $100 in tolls when I had a working EZ- Pass in the car. I felt like all the work I put in went straight to paying the weekly note. It’s so much better to put TLC plates on your own car. Yes, it costs around 2,300-2,500 but it’s an investment and you are driving in the comfort of your own car and paying a MONTHLY note. Not a weekly note. When retuning the car, the lady at the desk was demeaning and rude when discussing the tolls and kept saying to contact EZ Pass and told me they don’t have the violation numbers of the tolls they received. Like I said rent from here if you have no options but make sure the car you have is working properly.

::TIME IS PRECIOUS. If there would be negative (-) star rating for this company, I would definitely give negative million for their service. (I sent complain letter to NYC Department of Consumer Affairs about their behavior, customer service and wrong information). 90% employees are lack of knowledge and spend their time because THEY HAVE TO make money, not because they serve for customers. And some of their agents whoever waste their time in Uber office even do NOT understand English language properly. They will tell you everything is done, send you to their office and after wasting your 6-7 hours, you will end up with totally different dollar amount and totally wrong information which you already got from the Uber office "AGENT" of this company. First of all, I really do NOT recommend anyone to take their service, but if you did, please, PLEASE, make sure both parties (you and "AGENTS") understand each other well. TIME IS PRECIOUS.

::I have a friend who has a car with this company, it seems they take advantage of people who have no credit or low credit & charge a ridiculous amount of money per week. Word to the wise if you can find a better solution FIND IT. So sad to see companies like this take advantage of the less fortunate. This is truly the problem with this world greed.

::Horrible, horrible service with lack of communication. They rent their cars dirty. They take forever to refund money that they owe you. If you complain they act as if they don't care. The person I spoke to on the phone spoke to me in a loud condescending tone. When I told her not to raise her voice at me, instead of appologising, she became even more discourteous. This is really should not happen especially since I was calling about money they owed me. At the end of it I felt like I was calling to beg for my own money. I will never ever do business with this company ever again and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Not in a million years.
