  I see the stellar reviews and wonder where the disconnect is. And I think it has to do with who is providing the customer service when you walk in. Recently I needed a derailleur adjustment and chose Fast Bike. I dropped the bike off with a fairly pleasant hispanic gent. But when picking it up I had the displeasure of dealing with a very curt person, who may have been the owner. Perhaps his discourtesy was due to my "tan". I don't know, I don't care. All I can say is good luck running a small business in East San Jose with an attitude like that.

  Great service. Picked up a Giant talon 3 29, put about 20 miles on it today, and I am really pleased with the bike, it's a entry level mountain bike, but has some nice components for the price range. Wayne

  Love this shop. I bought two bikes from Tom. The price is lower compared to other shops. Great service.

  Great bike shop. These guys know their bikes and a very good at fixing whatever problems you may have. Would highly recommend
