  Poor customer service. If I could give it negative stars, I would. The owner Michael is extremely rude.i waited for almost two hours and finally was seated after I pointed out that he seated 3 people before me. If dealing with his rudeness and the wait wasn't enough, three days after getting my nails done, three of them chipped. I should've seen the handwriting on the wall when another customer came in complaining about her gel pedicure chipping the day after it was done. I'll never step into this establishment again!!!

  This nail salon owner is disgusting and racist. He talks down to his customers . He runs his salon like a sweat shop. It's sad to have to spend your money here because customer service is poor. And if u look his reviews there are poor for a reason. This salon needs to be closed down .

  Horrendous service! My wife has been getting manicures for years. Acrylics. She had gone in a week ago, and had gotten a fill in with gel manicure. She had gotten the gel so it wouldn't chip so quickly. TWO DAYS LATER, A LARGE CHIP ON ONE FINGER. Second time at this salon. Please keep in mind she has an office job, and never helps me with yard work at the risk of breaking a nail . She calls up, explains the issue and the rude guy on the other end of the phone tells her 5 dollars to repaint one nail. Crazy !

  I wish I could give this place a - star. doesn't even deserve 1!!! I went for a soak off and manicure. The woman was so rough with the instrument I told her she was hurting me and I laughed. Plus, she cut the base of my nail. I didn't want anything further after that and then I walked out realizing she charged me for a manicure...I had nothing done to them! I went back for a band-aid and told the gentleman at the front and he would not give me my money back. $7...for a service not received...and I have a bleeding nail. So ridiculous! Now I'm succeptble to infection!!! Plus, I asked for alcohol pretty sure it was ACETONE!!;

  Used to be good. No longer takes appointments and is inconvenient to wait nearly an hour to get my nails done. Getting a fill in and pedicure is now 3+ hours.
