  Service is very good. The food is good. Everyone is friendly. If there is a problem they fix it right away.

  Food is good. Setting is spectacular in the heard of restored historic Sears center. Service is top notch. Lots of healthy options and the food is high quality.

  I love how high quality all their ingredients are! It was the first time I have eaten a burger and still felt good about myself afterwards. I'd highly recommend getting their blackboard special when you go. It's a new delicious burger every day, and it comes with fries and a drink.

  $23.00 for 2 burgers, fries, onion rings and a drink. My husband got 4 onion rings. The girl who took my order thought she knew how I wanted my burger cooked, rather than letting me tell her how I wanted it. The unsweetened tea had sweet tea mixed in it. She emptied my glass, did not rinse it, and put more unsweetened tea in it. It still tasted sweet. I never received a new drink. The music was blaring and the attitude of the girl who checked us out was alooof. When you check out, they expect you to tip on your order. They bring the food to your table, but that’s all. Definitely not worth 20% extra. Lots of room for improvement. It doesn’t seem like the kind of place that will ever change, but for the success of Crosstown Concourse, I hope they will.

  Great Burgers - Beef from Home Place Pastures! Although, the fresh hot pimento fries are my favorite. Never once have I had a problem with customer service, even during extremely busy times. Kudos to the crew & management!
