  Where do I begin? I called this shop for flowers the day before a funeral to make sure they could make me some flowers for the next day. The owner said yes they can make it happen and he would have someone at the store. They were supposed to be open from 10 to 6. It was a tough day as is being a funeral that I had to attend. I was charged a delivery fee even though I told him I would pick them up. When I arrived the store was closed. When I called the owner 8 times he finally texted me back that he was on his way. I asked how long would he be. He never responded. I waited 10 min for him before calling him again. Now I don't have a bunch of time to wait around for this owner to arrive since we had to attend a funeral. I called 10 more times and I got another text saying he could not talk. So he had time to text but couldn't pick up the phone to talk to me. This business is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. When I told him to refund my money so I can go to another flower shop all he said was okay. He never apologized and you could tell he did not care. Stay far away from this over priced dump. The owner does not know how to run a business. It has been over a week and a half and I have not received my refund. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

  When is this place opened? I've come like 3 times and it is closed but there is always a car parked there.. I guess they don't like money

  Love this shop and the people who work there. Always professional service, beautiful nicely prices arrangements. And excellent timing. I ordered flowers for my mom in another state at last minute and it was there a day before we expected... Loved that💯😊
