  Had bad hair coloring experience here. Trying to go from all black to platinum which I know should take a while, but i figured they'd start with a full head lightener. Instead i got an allover highlight for the first visit, straight allover bleach to my hair for the next visit after that ((which led to blisters all over my head and a full refund of my money)). They also offered a discount on the third visit, but after being told by another hairdresser that I should have never had the allover highlight in the first place (a $200 visit), I decided not to come back. I spent over $300 in this place, and they told me I should have about 4 or 5 more visits before I'm platinum. Well....ive been buying products from the store, lightening and toning MYSELF at home and am already platinum after three rounds (cost less than $90 TOTAL btw). Also for anyone who doesn't know, the bald, gay guy who works here is on his own program and has his own set of clients..if you see him and one other person working, its really just one person because he doesn't take general customers that come in. Which can be misleading for customers who come in and have a half hour wait, wondering why that guy is doing nothing and not taking people.

  They are not professional and beginners or learning how to cut hairs. My hair wasn't cut very good.

  If you have 90 minutes to kill this place is for you. Only 2 employees and 6 customers, 2 of which were having their hair colored. I was told the wait was 30 minutes but it was 60+, then the bald guy finished with his customer, slowly cleaned up his area then left leaving only one employee. Why do you have 8 barber stations and 2 employees? This was a Tuesday at 2:30. I can't imagine what a busy day would be like. I won't go there again!
